Job Description:

To ensure effective delivery and implementation of leading Performance Management practices across the business, where the incumbent will oversee and manage all activities related to the annual performance cycle to ensure employee performance is aligned to agreed business goals and objectives in support of driving a High Performance and Engagement Culture (HPEC) across DED.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in HR or Social Sciences
  • Relevant HR Certification and Accreditation
  • 5 ‐8 years + Experience in HR Role of which 5 years need to be at an advisory or specialist level
  • Minimum 5 years + work experience in performance, engagement, culture related work
  • 3 Years+ Africa and/or Middle East experience
  • Diversified group within Sudan
  • Fluent in both English and Arabic
