Program Overview

This is an opportunity for participants to gain an insight into the robust CIPD body of knowledge. Participants will have the ability to evaluate the effectiveness of different HR models and practices and will increase their understanding of external factors that impact on HR and organizations.

 

Upon attending this program, participants will be able to champion better work and working lives by improving practices in people and organization development for the benefit of individuals, the economy and society.
